Connor and Jack are an award-winning creative team specialising in ideas that work through the line and engage in culture. The pair met at the tender age of 10 and have been a general nuisance when together since. They currently work at McCann London, where they have been since 2020. To keep creatively sharp, they also work as a duo in the music industry, directing music videos and art directing live shows.

Spurred on by their own lack of formal advertising education, they're also passionate about changing the way the industry finds new creative talent. They have worked with McCann London to implement an apprenticeship programme which sees creatives with no advertising experience join for 6 months and learn across a bespoke programme developed by Connor and Jack. Crucially, the apprenticeship is fully paid. The programme is on its second cohort in 2025 and continues to bring great new talent into advertising.

As part of this mission to bring new people into advertising, the pair have delivered talks and workshops with organisations and schools in and out of the industry. Including: D&AD and the UK Creative Festival, to universities and Ad Schools up and down the UK.
